current sermon series!
Having just concluded an in-depth summer series on the Old Testament story of Joseph, which culminated in a God-empowered and God-glorifying display of restoration between Joseph and his brothers, we transition into a natural next step: a series on the topic of forgiveness. We invite you to join us for “Grace Unleashed: The Journey to Forgiveness,” to study and hopefully experience the nuanced facets of Christian forgiveness as it relates to our relationship with God and the relationships we have with others—family, friends, coworkers, neighbors and more.
August 17: The Heart of Forgiveness: “The Merciful God” (Ex. 34:6-7; Ps. 86:5)
August 24: The Price of Forgiveness: “The Cross of Christ” (Is. 53:4-6; 1 Pet. 2:23-25; 2 Cor. 5:21)
August 31: The Depth of Forgiveness: “No Sin Too Great” (Ps. 103:8-12; Luke 7:36-50; 1 Tim. 1:15-16)
September 7: The Call to Forgive: “Forgiven People Forgive” (Matt. 6:14-15; 18:21-35)
September 14: The Process of Forgiveness: “Trust the Process” (Matt. 18:15-17; Rom. 12:18-19)
September 21: The Freedom of Forgiveness: “Sweet Release” (Heb. 12:14-15; 2 Cor. 2:5-11)
September 28: The Ministry of Forgiveness: “Agents of Reconciliation” (2 Cor. 5:17-21; Jn. 20:21-23)

upcoming women’s bible study
Written primarily by King Solomon in the mid 900s B.C., the book of Proverbs is a book of wisdom which considers every tile on the mosaic of life—spanning from words, work, friendship, marriage, parenting and neighborliness to the management of money, influence of leadership and countless other topics. This book provides a timeless framework for what it looks like to live God’s way in God’s world and enables us to experience the full life Jesus promised His followers (John 10:10), participate in healthier relationships and find newfound intimacy and delight in our walks with the Lord.
